No you don’t. To ensure the fastest processing and payment, Amplifon utilizes 100% electronic submission. All claim information is submitted directly through the secure Provider Portal, eliminating the need for paper forms, envelopes, and postage.

Most providers report that claim submissions through our portal take less than five minutes. Because the patient’s plan details are integrated into our system, you’ll find that a lot of the information is pre-populated for you.

Patients pay their portion while they’re in the office. All providers have to do is collect credit card or check information and submit it on our secure portal. 

Product Ordering & Shipping

Once you land on the best solution for your patient, you place the order directly through the Amplifon Provider Portal. We then coordinate direct ordering with the manufacturer. The devices are shipped directly to your office, pre-linked to the patient’s claim.

Nope! Amplifon handles the financial relationship with the manufacturer. You are not responsible for the wholesale cost of the devices, significantly improving your clinic’s cash flow.
