The Amplifon Team

Emiliano joined Amplifon in 2023 as Executive Vice President Americas. Holding a Master degree in Economics from Luiss University in Rome (Italy) and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Finance from UCLA in Los Angeles, Emiliano has a strong background in the Consumer and Retail industries, having dedicated his entire career to these fields. He has international experience and a General Management track record as an Executive, also covering Strategy, Operations, and Corporate Development roles.

With doctorate degrees in both Audiology and Health Sciences, Tom’s passion for hearing health care spans over 40 years. In 2018, Tom was elected as a Distinguished Fellow of the National Academies of Practice (NAP) in Audiology. 

Dr. Meyer brings over 30 years of clinical experience to her position at Amplifon, where she leads quality initiatives and manages clinical oversight. Dr. Meyer is a board member of the American Board of Audiology and Chair-Elect for 2025. 

 

Alan joined the Amplifon team in August 2020, bringing more than 20 years of healthcare marketing experience in medical devices and managed care. He is passionate about building market solutions to help partners reduce cost of care, while improving outcomes and achieving high member satisfaction. 

Joining Amplifon in September 2020, Charla brings over 20 years of finance, billing and provider operations experience to her role, where she leads Amplifon’s Operations team.

With over 20 years of experience in the hearing health care industry, Jessie understands the needs of hearing health care professionals and is focused on adding new providers to Amplifon's network to make hearing health care more accessible for everyone.

 

 

Manpreet joined the Amplifon Team in May 2021. He brings more than 15 years of experience focusing on growth initiatives and project management. He is passionate about bringing innovation in member’s journey, while improving member experience and healthcare outcomes. He earned his MBA degree from Babson College in 2015.

Joining Amplifon in July 2021, Jodi brings over 20 years of operations, leadership and call center management experience to her role as Director of Amplifon’s Client Services team.
