Should your results indicate you are eligible for OTC hearing aids, you can place your order.
To get started: Review the OTC hearing aid options below - you must indicate selection to schedule a screening appointment time. Then have the required headphones or earbuds and smartphone handy.

What to do next?
For your virtual appointment, you will need the following items:
- Headphones or earbuds (wired or Bluetooth®)
- Smartphone (Apple iPhone with iOS 13, Android 8 or newer)
- Quiet location and appointment availability
- Schedule a screening using the link below. The Remote Care Team will call you on the requested mobile phone at your appointment time.
What happens during the call?
The remote care team will:
- Send a link to the AmpliTest™ app to download on your iPhone.
- Walk you through the app and the screening.
- Review the screening results.
- If your results indicate you are eligible, they will assist in ordering the OTC hearing aids you selected from the options below.
